Our Head Chef, Lee Cadden, has been behind the pass since early 2014. He has built up a reputation for creating high quality, seasonal dishes that delight loyal customers and new comers alike.
Lee was born and bred in West London. After leaving school at the age of seventeen, he began his career in high-quality hotel kitchens including Great Fosters in Egham and The Bingham in Richmond. He then explored the executive dining side of the industry, spending several years with BaxterStorey, before moving into the restaurant world as head chef at Claude Bosi’s Malt House in Fulham.
Having joined us in early 2014 as head chef of Charlotte’s Bistro, Lee quickly became an integral part of the family and took the food there to new heights. He was part of the team that won the Good Food Guide Readers’ London Restaurant of The Year there that same year. We were delighted to transfer him over to head up the kitchen at our prestige restaurant, Charlotte’s Place, in January 2015.
Lee’s passion and talent truly shine through in the dishes he creates. Using only the finest suppliers who share his belief in sustainable sourcing, he turns simple ingredients into stunning dishes which consistently thrill and excite guests through the seasons.
